City Park Jazz is a treasure in Denver’s cultural life where community and celebration Intersect. The City Park Jazz Summer Concert Series draws on a historic tradition that began more than 130 years ago and continutes to produce 10 free concerts each summer in the crown jewel of Denver’s Parks, City Park, featuring bands or musicians based in Colorado. Each year many fans of all ages, ethnicity and socioeconomic backgrounds descend upon the bandstand to enjoy the special combination of music, nature and community.
